Introduction


日本人なら誰もが当たり前のように慣れ親しんでいる、日本の食や文化、習慣。でも、その良さやユニークさを英語で表現するのって、案外ムズカシイもの。

そんな“ニッポンの良さ、面白さ”を、“ニッポン大好き”神田外語大学・ネーナ先生が、地元・神田西口商店街にある個性豊かなお店を訪問しながら、面白おかしく紹介!

他ならぬ“ニッポン”のことなら話が何となく想像で補完できるので、日頃聴き慣れていない英語のヒアリング教材にもピッタリ。

About Nena Nikolic Hosonaka



Nena Nikolic-Hosonaka is a mother of four talented children.
She is also a lecturer at Kanda University of International Studies, and an NPO J-SHINE Trainer Examination Board Member. Nena has two MA degrees (in English and Japanese),and a PhD degree in language sciences.

Her specialty is early childhood English education, the field that has helped her make many friends among children around the world. Nena used to run a radio program “Mama Nena♪ I can do it!” on USEN radio, and was a frequent guest in a number of TV programs.
Her column in Yomiuri newspapers (Oyako de eikaiwa) ran for more than three consecutive years.

Nena is also a great volleyball and karate fan and loves learning foreign languages. “The more languages a person speaks, the more ways of expressing him/herself”, she says.
